One of our favorite peanut butter/ chocolate recipes is:
    NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER BARS

Combine 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (chocolate Graham’s best), 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teas nutmeg, 1/2 teas cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Add 1/3 cup light corn syrup and 1/2 cup peanut butter and work until thoroughly combined. Press into greased 8″ square pan. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips and spread over mixture. Chill about an hour for chocolate to set. Cut into squares, makes about 16.

Until last week I had always used regular graham crackers, but had chocolate ones on hand – we liked these even better with the chocolate grahams.

Great timing! My precious niece’s first baby is due any day now & peanut butter & dark chocolate are her two favorite flavors. Now – which recipe to make for her?

WOW. First off, this combo is my everything. I literally just ate a piece of dark chocolate with peanut butter smeared on it. So, basically, this top ten list is like my dream come true. Cannot wait to make some of these soon! Thank you! xo

My favorite combo. They all look good. It took forever to get to the recipes waiting for all the goofy ads to load before it would let me get to your things.

It was sooooo hard to narrow down to just 10!! Hard decisions ;-)

Oh! My! I WILL be making that peanut butter torte within the next several weeks. Guaranteed! I even have that cookbook and have never noticed that recipe before . . . (I know – ‘you’ve got to be kidding’ . . .) And those buckeye brownies just may have found it to the top of my list for our Memorial Day camping weekend. Thanks for bringing both of those recipes to the forefront of what I’ve been missing :) My hips and waist thank you ;)

That torte is amazing! I’ve made it so many times, I really need to update the post with new photos, the old ones are awful and don’t do it justice!

My favorite chocolate and peanut butter treat is no bake cookies. I must not be a real chocolate and peanut butter fan because none of these are screaming, or even whispering, “make me!”

    • Maytha Kilgore Reply

      Sally,
Check out the recipe I just sent for No Bake Fudge Nuggets. Our family loves them and they are super easy, always a plus.

  15. Linda Reply

That’s a great list, love that there’s 2 Ohio recipes on there! I would say a couple other
favorites of mine are good old no bakes ( with cocoa & oats) and I just LOVE plain brownies with peanut butter frosting! Boring, I know but sometimes the simplest things are the best! Recently I tried a dark chocolate brownie with peanut butter frosting and it was to die for.
